How the monitored publications were assessed
Discourse valence across every scored item: what the sampled sources published and how independent models read it. It is not a measure of public opinion, not a measure of the state of the world, and article volume is not agreement.
This line is the mean of every item scored on each day. It deliberately ignores the reading filter, because a daily mean of only the adverse items would move with how many were filtered out rather than with the discourse.
8 items read as adverse
- Activists across Europe prepare two days of protests against datacentres
- Generalized green and red concepts for artificial intelligence, big data, and information and communication technologies: Multidimensional framework and countermeasures
- AI firms say UK has a year to head off datacentre protests before construction is threatened
- Inside the long, bitter fight over one man’s quest to build the biggest AI datacenter in California
- Powering AI is an architecture problem
- They war-gamed dimming the Sun. It went even worse than you think.
- British households would be £5,000 richer if we were more innovative. Let’s unleash our talents | Gordon Brown
- Artificial Intelligence as an Economic, Environmental, Geopolitical, and Social Transformation
Across the whole window
The two tables below describe every item in the last 90 days under climate-energy. They are deliberately not narrowed by the reading filter (currently adverse), because a mean taken only over items already selected for their score would just restate the filter.
